Floor Plan Descriptions for Westborough Royale’s Small, Standard, Large, and Split-Level Suites:
- The Small Suite
- A single room with private bathroom and closet. As you walk in, typically, the bathroom with be on the right, the closet on the left. The Small Suite is approximately 23 feet 4 inch by 11 feet 10 inches, and is approximately 280 square feet. The Studio can be configured with double bed with a bedside table, dresser, seating area with chair, love seat, and side table, and television with stand. The Deluxe Studio typically has a sliding glass door to either a patio or deck towards the rear of space.
- The Standard Suite
- A single room with private bathroom and closet. As you walk in, typically, the bathroom with be on the left, the closet on the right. The Small Suite is approximately 28 feet 7 inch by 11 feet 8 inches, and is approximately 340 square feet. The Standard Suite can be configured with queen bed with two bedside tables, dresser, chair, seating area with two chairs and side table, television with stand, and plant. The Standard Suite typically has a sliding glass door to either a patio or deck towards the rear of space.
- The Large Suite
- A single room with private bathroom and closet. As you walk in, typically, the bathroom and closet with be on the right. The Large Suite is approximately 34 feet 4 inches by 13 feet 4 inches, and is approximately 430 square feet. The Large Suite can be configured with queen bed with two bedside tables, dresser, seating area with chair, love seat, side table, and coffee table, television with stand, and plant. The Large Suite typically has a sliding glass door to either a patio or deck towards the rear of space.
- The Split-Level Suite
- A single room with private bathroom and closet. As you walk in, typically, the bathroom and closet with be on the right in its own separate room. The Split-Level Suite is approximately 39 feet 5 inches by 13 feet 4 inches, and is approximately 500 square feet. The Split-Level Suite can be configured with queen bed with two bedside tables and dresser in the upper area. As you move down the ramp to the lower area, you can configure the space with a seating area with chair, love seat, side table, television with stand, and table with two chairs. The Split-Level Suite typically has a sliding glass door to either a patio or deck towards the rear of space.
